What this class meant to me.

I am infinitely glad that I did take this class. The lessons and communication skills that I have learned will certainly last a lifetime. The friendship that I have made is wonderful. I am truly blessed in countless ways to be a part of professor Hamon english's class. It has been one of the most enjoying learning experience for me at the University level.

This class was very important. I learned how to do persuasive, argumentative, and other writing. Writing every day helps me in many ways. It improves my writing ability and skills. It clarifies my thinking. It certainly enhances my thinking process. I learn how to use many things in google.   

I have learned some valuable English skills in this class. I have learned to write skillfully and tactfully. I have learned to manage my time. I have also learned to properly spell some difficult words. This has been a wonderful class. This class prepares me for graduate school. Ovreall, This has been a really good class.

Why I am willing to go on in this class. I am willing to go on in this class because I did make a promise to myself from the beginning of this class to never give up. I have the support of professor Hamon. Professor is the most patient and understanding man That I know. He is always ready to help and assist his student, especially when dealing with a situation such as mine. I am so grateful through it all.

I have adapted quite well in this class until my family got sick. Then, I had to be home most of the time to care for my family. I am still determined to go on and succeed and be the best that I can be. I am willing to do what it takes.

I wish that every day could be like thanksgiving day. Every one in my family takes to appreciate and talk to each other lovingly. everyone in my family shows the kind of care that I feel is essential for great friendship to thrive and survive. My family slows down the constant rush and business. It was great to spend time and enjoy each other.

This thanksgiving was one in which I ate so much that I could not for 2 hours. I learned my lesson never to eat that much again during a thanksgiving holiday. I could not help it because there was so much food. The food was pleasant and beautiful to look at. God blesses every thanksgiving.

This  thanksgiving was unlike any other thanksgiving for me. My family and I did not visit family members like we usually did. Instead, we host many family members and cook for them. We had plenty of fun and talk about things that we usually would not discuss at anytime of the year.

I am really looking forward to earn nothing less than an " A". I have been working hard on this assignment. I have been at the library doing my research. I have talked to current nurses and physician. I have put a great deal of effort on this assignment. I would like to see the reward. The doc.3 assignment is an important assignment to me because it is about a subject that I am passionate about.

It was fun showing and discussing my doc.3 assignment with wife. She told me that she learned something just by discussing. I wrote everything in my notebook before writing it in Google.doc. I feel much better that way. I am a creature of habit after all.

My doc.3 will be about nutrition. I chose this topic because I wish to enlighten myself and the class on the importance of healthy eating habits. In addition, I wish to enlighten the class what a proper eating can do for individuals.

I am looking forward to write doc.3. I have been out for a week because I have not been feeling well. Now, I am feeling better than I ever feel ever. I am ready to get back to work and complete my assignments. This one should be fun just like the other ones.

Yesterday, I showed a friend the amazing power of cloud computing: she was simply amazed. She thought that it was the best thing since the slice of bread. She told me that it should save her so much time that she can afford to watch basketball game with me now. I am glad that I can finally help someone else to save tremendous amount of time.

It happened again. Last week, I wrote my final research paper on Google.doc. Two days later, I had a computer crash : I was worried because that paper would determine whether I would pass the class or not. Fortunately, everything was on Google.doc. So, in the end, I had no problems, I was easily able to print my paper. This wonderful service from Google.doc saved me tremendous time and headache.

I can not be impressed enough with Google.doc.

Wow! I can not stop waiving about cloud services. Google.doc. had just saved the day for me. I typed an important rough draft couple days ago. Overall, it took me 3 hours long because I am neither a fast typist nor  an average typist. I am an ant in the typing world, but I am okay with it. I saved my work in my flash card.    Unfortunately, I lost the flash card along with my beloved ring which was given to me by my dear mother long before my High School graduation as a sign of great affection and  unconditional love. For a moment after, I felt frustrated and devastated. I did not want to sit in front the computer for another 3 hours again. Fortunately, the whole work was typed using cloud services: the whole work was saved. I shouted for joy.It was, indeed, a lifesaving and time saving tool. Truly, I am a superb fan of cloud services: I am going to tell all my friends about it. I will not stop waiving about it.    

Why I love using Google.doc

Why I love using Google.doc. I love using Google.doc because of what happened to me last semester. Last semester, I typed in  what I consider a great research paper in word document. I saved the work safely in my flash card. Unfortunately, I lost the flash card the day the paper was due before I even printed it. I was beyond frustrated as I had no time to reproduce what took possibly more than 12 hours of labor. Then, I explained my situation to my professor, and I was given a break. She allowed me to turn in my paper a week later with 5% reduction. I was happy. Immediately,  I went to work to reproduce what was once lost. Finally, I got it done , but not without a sweat. Thus, I wish I knew about Google.doc. It would have saved  me tremendous amount of  pain and frustration. This incident is the reason why I love cloud services.  

The importance of  using cloud computing in the classroom. Cloud computing is, undoubtedly,  necessary in the classroom today. Cloud computing is necessary and important for many reasons  . First, cloud computing makes it possible to teach anywhere in the country. As a professor , for example, I am teaching students in New England , New york, California, Denver, South Carolina, North Carolina, New Orleans, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New Hamsphire, St louis, Buffallo, Tampa Bay, and many other places in the country without leaving my actual place of residence here in Palm Beach county. I am only able to do so much and teach such a diverse group of students because cloud computing makes it possible for me to be tremendously productive. Would I able to teach in New Mexico while living here in Florida ? No, I would  not be able to do so. Second, cloud computing is necessary and important because because it allows me to share my ideas with any student in the world instantly. For example, Marie is a current student who I am tutoring in Brazil. Twice a week, she emaisl her work to me to be graded. Thus, I email her the following day to provide feedback on her work. So far, it has been quite effective, it could not have been possible without cloud computing. thirty years ago, I would not have been able to provide such a valuable service anywhere around the world. Today, however, it is possible because of cloud computing.Third, cloud computing is necessary because it saves time and money. before cloud computing, I used to spend a tremendous amount of money on driving, on communication, and other aspects of my academic development. Now, I am able to accomplish so much more because I am able to use cloud computing.     

What I like about my English III class. I like and enjoy the freedom that I am given weekly to write either about a chosen topic as well as a given topic. I like and appreciate the relax atmosphere that I get to work every day in class. I enjoy and appreciate the fact that my professor values my thoughts and ideas. I like the fact that my professor is usually in good spirit and ready to answer any question that is class related. I like being respected as an individual. I like my classmates. I simply like my English III class.

I evaluated Marie Boursiquot's document. It was, at first, somewhat ambigious. I made some minor corrections., along with couple verbal assessment to Marie's team. At the next evaluation, the paper was totally different. What was before a "D" paper  turned into an either "B" or "A" paper. It was somewhat fun working on someone else paper because it gave me a different perspective about writing.  

My preference for the next topic is the importance of good nutrition for the overall health of all individual. First, Good nutrition keeps us healthy and strong. Second, good nutrition keeps our mind sharp and focus. Third, good nutrition keeps us vibrant and energetic. Fourth, good nutrition keeps our body from deteriorating. I prefer to write about this topic because I see too many people neglecting the importance of  eating healthy for a healthy and a vibrant life.

What I have recently learned about governor Mitt Romney. I have recently learned that he was the governor of Massachusetts. I have learned that Mitt's father was also a wealthy business man. I have learned that Mitt Romney has been married with the same woman for over 20 years. I have learned that Mitt Romney is a friend  of Israeli prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu. I have learned that Mitt Romney, just like  most president, is an avid reader. I have learned that Mitt Romney has been a Mormon. I have learned that Mitt Romney has been running for the U.S presidency for many years. I have learned that Mitt Romney is a friend of the Bush family. Finally, I have learned that Mitt Romney is relentless in his pursuit to be the next U.S president.  

What I have learned about president Obama. I have learned that the president, at one time, did go to Occidental College and studied there for a few years. I have learned that the president has a law degree from Harvard University. I have learned that the president attended Columbia University at on time. I have learned that the president is a passionate basketball player as well a basketball fan. I have learned that the president loves to speak, and that could possibly be why that he is such a great speaker. I have learned that the president is an advocate for higher education for almost everyone. Finally, I have learned that the president is an avid reader. He reads daily. He reads a variety of subject such as: history, economics, business, psychology, spirituality, geography, cultures, and the bible.  

I watched last night debate. I could not help noticing how insincere both candidates were. After all, it was what I expected that it would be. Both candidates performed exceptionally well. They both seemed highly poised throughout the entire process. It was amazing how it all turned out. I wish both the best on this journey.

The cost of education is skyrocketing, it seems, yearly.Yet, family wages seems to remain the same. There are major concerns among parents about this dilemma. We all need to take an active role to fix this matter. It will not be fixed on its own. I know of many families who would like to send their children to college : they can not afford it. They are not in favor of racking up huge loans to pay for the rest of their working lives. A  solution is needed. We all need to work together to come up with one.

The presidential election

This year election has been on my mind for couple days. It has been on my mind because I want to be able to predict who will be the new president on january 2013. However, the election is and has been so close, there seems to be almost no way to predict who will come out. I have said and wrote on my blog before that governor Mitt Romney had a powerful and excellent debate. Yet, I believe that Mr. Obama will most likely come back stronger next time.

Obama and Romney are in a real fight. Romney recently had a great debate. Obama, I believe, will come back stonger in the next debate.based on everything that I have read and heard so far, I have reason to believe that if the election comes close that Obama will be the likely winner. However, This is no guarantee because I have seen and experienced the almost impossible before. All in all, I do wish both cadidates the absolute best on their great journey. Both have their stengths and weaknesses.
